You know what they say... When you wish upon a star, your dreams come true! Many of you wished you were in or near Atlanta so you can take part in our Run Wifey Run: Get Moving! Race & Relax event this June. Well here's your chance! We are pleased to announce our...
Run With Wifey Race & Relax Contest!
One lucky lady who wants to Get Moving will win the opportunity to join us for the Race & Relax weekend and take part in all of the fun festivities we have planned.
What You Win:
- Race & Relax Event Registration (which includes the Virginia Highlands Summerfest 5K run/walk; post-race brunch sponsored by Walt Disney World Resort; a Get Moving! Race & Relax "Powered By Red" race-day T-Shirt, train to manage your pain Red Recovery Routine and bottle of tart cherry juice sponsored by the Cherry Marketing Institute; and other goodies)
- Round Trip Airfare
- Hotel accommodations for Friday (6/4) and Saturday (6/5) night
- Transportation to airport and Race & Relax event activities.

I would SO love to win...for many reasons but primarily it would be GREAT incentive for me to continue running & lose more of the baby weight that has been plaguing me. That would make me a very happy gal!! And I'm only 3 hours from ATL!!! Woo!!

OH EM GEEEEE! I have to win this, I really have to win this! I've just started back to race training after a back injury two summers ago - I am training for a half marathon and this, THIS fits into my training schedule perfectly. Wifey needs me to run with her - my babbling chipper-ness on a run is just plain awesome and AND I'll provide entertainment for all because my stride has to be at least 2-3 steps to Wifey's one... face it, what is more fun than watching a little blonde girl frantically trying to keep up with a beautiful long legged black woman?
Just wait until I blog this cause then the random.org Gods will see that this was meant for me.....

First it would be a great birthday present second s fantastic way to celebrate losing 110lbs and keeping it off for three years...third amazing to run somewhere different than my home town.... I was never a runner until losing 110lbs... Since then I have ran several 5k and one 1/2 marathon.. And running my second on May2!!!!! I sm a poster child for healthy and active living!

As a busy mom to five kids a race and relax weekend would be wonderful! Please..Please ..... Please pick me...I really need to get moving..and lose these last 15 pounds that I have been saying that I need to lose for over a year...I really need to relax because I four kids and many many other jobs and responsibilities. I'd love a chance at this. My kids participated in a local 1 mile run yesterday and hubby and I have vowed to run with them next year. I've got a long way to go from walk to run, might as well get started now!

I am making great strides at getting healthier and would love to be a part of the Race and Relax Team. Our city is currently doing a contest called Fort Wayne's Smallest Winner (which is very similar to Biggest Loser) and I have made enough progress to be able to jog an entire 5K! This would be a great motivational tool to keep me moving and a nice reward for the progress I've made! Please, please pick me! :-)
